Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Chemistry Faculty to teach Grades XI & XII (CBSE). The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, concept-based lessons. Experience in NEET/JEE Foundation coaching will be an added advantage. The role includes teaching, academic planning, assessments, and student mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to Grades XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, and academic planners.
- Deliver engaging lessons using experiments, practical demonstrations, and digital teaching tools.
- Conduct laboratory practicals while ensuring safety and proper record maintenance.
- Prepare students for Board examinations and NEET/JEE Foundation (preferred).
- Assess student performance, maintain academic records, and provide remedial support.
- Mentor students for academic excellence and career guidance.
- Integrate ICT and AI-enabled teaching tools into classroom instruction.
- Participate in curriculum planning, PTMs, faculty meetings, training programs, and school activities.
- Promote experiential and interdisciplinary learning aligned with NEP 2020.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Chemistry with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools.
- Experience in teaching Grades XI & XII is preferred.
- Experience in NEET/JEE Foundation or competitive exam preparation will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong command of Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Smart Boards, MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital teaching tools.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement strategies.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts through practical examples and experiments.
- Strong assessment, mentoring, and analytical skills.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
