Job Description for the post of Merchandiser
Experience: 2- 5 years from Diamond jewellery manufacturing industry
Markets Covered: Domestic
Qualification: Any Graduate Pref from NIFT or any other Designing institute
Location: Andheri MIDC
Key Responsibilities
Merchandiser
1. Coordinate with design team to develop designs based on the concept generated via research.
2. Engaging with the PD team to restructure the sample line
3. Planning the social media calendar and building the content strategies for start-up brands
4. Optimising the workflow to deliver designs with high selection on time
5. To deliver new concepts & collection to the clients as per new trends.
6. Study the order pattern & plan the calendar of collection proposal for the clients
7. Manage designed catalogues flyers websites newsletters for clients.
8. Visual merchandising for in-house collections.
9. Conduct Market Research quarterly, Gap Analysis, Trend Forecasting, and Competitor Analysis in terms of quality, innovation, price points, techniques & aesthetics.
10. Basic Technical knowledge in jewellery designing
11. Handling the domestic Market
12. Candidate should have an exposure in Domestic market
13. 20% of the role will be store visual merchandising

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of diamond grading, gold purity, and jewellery finishing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
