Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Location: Mumbai central line
We are hiring an experienced AssistantStore Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing retail team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service
- Handle inventory, stock, and store maintenance
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Monitor team performance and improve productivity
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of retail experience
- Experience managing a retail store (Mall store experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations efficiently
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
