Job Summary:
We are looking for hardworking and responsible Kitchen Stewards to support our kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, washing utensils, and ensuring the kitchen operates in a hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the kitchen area, washing area, and storage areas clean
- Assist in cleaning floors, sinks, and kitchen surfaces
- Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Support chefs and kitchen staff when needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Team player with a positive attitude
