Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective learners through calls and consultations.
- Understand candidates' educational background, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Provide career-oriented guidance and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Explain program structure, fees, financing options, and the admission process.
- Manage the complete admissions cycle from initial counselling to enrolment.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Handle objections and assist candidates in making informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in B2C Sales, Admissions, Career Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide consultative guidance.
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
