Job Title: SEO Team Lead

About the Role:
Tech Pumpkin is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Team Lead to drive organic growth and lead our SEO team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, hands-on SEO expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page & Off-page)
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and technical elements for improved rankings
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SEO executives
- Assign tasks, review work, and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Track and analyze SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, etc.)
- Prepare detailed reports and present insights to management
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO)
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Experience in team handling and leadership
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling international SEO projects
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
