HR Operations handles the day-to-day administrative and strategic activities that keep the HR department running effectively. Responsibilities include:
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, contracts, and job history.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process payroll, manage employee benefits, and handle queries related to compensation.
- HR Systems and Tools: Implement and maintain HR software to streamline HR processes like attendance tracking, leave management, and performance appraisals.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure company policies are consistently implemented and communicated across the organization.
- Employee Query Resolution: Address and resolve day-to-day employee queries regarding HR processes.
- Compliance and Documentation: Work with the HR compliance team to ensure all documentation meets legal and organisational standards.
- Employee Training on Compliance: Organize training sessions to educate employees and managers on workplace policies, including anti-discrimination, harassment, and safety protocols.
