Security Operations
- Manage day-to-day security activities across the facility.
- Supervise security supervisors, guards, and outsourced security personnel.
- Ensure proper access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Monitor entry and exit movements of materials and vehicles.
Surveillance & Monitoring
- Oversee CCTV surveillance systems and ensure continuous monitoring.
- Investigate suspicious activities and security breaches.
- Maintain records of security incidents and corrective actions.
Asset Protection
- Prevent theft, pilferage, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Ensure proper security of company assets, inventory, machinery, and documents.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
Emergency Management
- Develop and implement emergency response procedures.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when required.
- Lead emergency drills and evacuation exercises.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain security registers, incident reports, visitor logs, and gate records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management.
Team Management
- Train and develop security personnel on security procedures and emergency response.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower deployment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Safety Coordination
- Work closely with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) teams.
- Support implementation of safety policies and workplace security standards.
- Participate in accident and incident investigations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Certification in Security Management or Industrial Security is an added advantage.
- Ex-Defense, Police, or Industrial Security experience preferred.
Experience:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, plant, or corporate security management.
- Experience in handling large security teams and CCTV surveillance systems.
Skills Required:

- Risk assessment and security auditing.
- Report writing and documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures.

Working Conditions:
- Factory / Industrial Plant Environment.
- May require shift monitoring, emergency response availability, and periodic night inspections.
Preferred for Manufacturing Industries: Experience in gate control, vehicle movement management, scrap/material security, contractor management, and CCTV surveillance of production and warehouse areas.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
