Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support team growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of configuring and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in managing application lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
