About No Dough Bakery
No Dough Bakery is a healthy bakery specializing in gluten-free, refined sugar-free, vegan, and clean-ingredient baked goods. We are expanding to Mumbai and are looking for a dedicated baker to join our small founding team.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and play an important role in building the Mumbai operation from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake products according to recipes and quality standards
- Produce breads, cookies, cakes, tortillas, and other bakery items
- Measure and prepare ingredients accurately
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Help manage inventory and communicate ingredient requirements
- Ensure consistency and quality across all products
Requirements
- Previous baking, pastry, or kitchen experience
- Ability to follow recipes with precision
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
