We are looking for a driven and energetic Territory Sales Specialist to expand our customer base by selling software services to retail shopkeepers, small business owners, and senior decision-makers (like CEOs or partners). The role requires strong field presence, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of B2B sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to businesses, retail shops, and offices to pitch our software solutions
- Understand customer pain points and deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Educate business owners on software benefits (e.g., billing, inventory, CRM, customer engagement)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calls, referrals, and on-ground visits
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide onboarding support and liaise with the support team for a seamless implementation
- Gather market feedback to refine sales strategy and product positioning
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales or product sales
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills, especially with non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel daily and meet 5–10 prospects regularly
- Familiarity with CRM tools, or similar platforms is a plus
- Basic understanding of mobile apps, demo delivery, and customer onboarding
