Job Description – DET/GET (Diploma Engineer Trainee / Graduate Engineer Trainee)
Location: Pithampur / Dhar Road, Shinhasa IT Park, Dhar (M.P.)
Department: Manufacturing / Maintenance / Quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day manufacturing operations.
- Assist in machine monitoring and process control.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines.
- Maintain daily reports and production records.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
Qualification:
- DET: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- GET: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Experience:
CTC:
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
