Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Career Advisor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career path in creative fields. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for counseling, sales, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on various courses offered by the institute
- Provide detailed information about programs, career opportunities, and industry scope
- Handle walk-ins, leads, and inquiries (phone, email, and direct visits)
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and leads
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams
- Participate in seminars, events, and promotional activities
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
Qualification
- Any Degree (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
Experience
- 0 to 3 years (Experience in education counseling or sales is an added advantage)
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
