Job Summary
A Teamcenter Manufacturing Engineering Solution Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and implementing Siemens Teamcenter Manufacturing solutions that support digital manufacturing, process planning, MBOM management, and shop-floor integration.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end manufacturing engineering architecture using Teamcenter.
Design solutions for:
Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP)
Manufacturing BOM (MBOM)
Bill of Process (BOP)
Work Instructions
Resource Management
Plant and Line Planning
Change Management
Bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
Lead solution design workshops with manufacturing, engineering, and IT stakeholders.
Define integration architecture with:
SAP/ERP systems
MES systems (Opcenter, Apriso, etc.)
CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Creo)
PLM and Digital Thread ecosystems
Govern data models, workflows, security, and customization strategy.
Provide technical leadership to developers, consultants, and implementation teams.
