About Us
We are a growing real estate company based in Ontario, Canada, specializing in property management and tenant placement services. As we expand, we are building a dedicated remote team in Ludhiana, Punjab, with the long-term vision of opening a physical office there. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with us.
Role Overview
You will be our front-line sales person: finding landlord leads, reaching out to them, building rapport, and closing them into our property management or tenant placement services. This is a high-activity, phone and messaging-based role. If you are a confident communicator who loves the thrill of closing a deal, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting daily cold outreach to landlords in Ontario who have listed rental units (using tools and platforms we provide access to)
- Calling and following up with leads via phone and WhatsApp
- Pitching and closing landlords on our property management and tenant placement packages
- Managing a lead pipeline and updating records daily
- Handling tenant placement leads sent to you by our team once you are trained
- Communicating professionally in English, both written and spoken
Requirements
- Fluent in English- strong spoken and written communication is a must
- Prior experience in sales or lead generation is an asset
- Comfortable working Ontario hours (EST), this is non-negotiable
- Reliable internet connection and a working laptop/desktop
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
