We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Executive Assistant to the Director for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day tasks, departmental follow-ups, and confidential communication efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with internal departments
- Draft and respond to emails, letters, and official communication on behalf of the Director
- Maintain minutes of meetings and ensure timely follow-up of tasks and decisions
- Assist in daily operational tasks and special assignments as delegated
- Ensure high levels of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Arts/Science); MBA/Office Admin Certification is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Good command over written and spoken English; Marathi/Hindi preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good interpersonal skills, time management, and ability to multitask
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is an added advantage
