This includes handling product listings, end-to-end order management, sales tracking, coordination with third-party partners, and driving online growth. The role is ideal for someone analytical, organized, and proactive — with a strong grasp of how to increase visibility and sales across online platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Platform & Listing Management

- Create, upload, and manage product listings — ensuring all SKUs are accurately represented with correct titles, images, descriptions, attributes, and pricing.
- Maintain high listing health by regularly checking for errors, suppressed listings, or inactive SKUs and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure brand presence, visibility, and consistency in tone and imagery across all online touchpoints.
2. Order & PO Management
- Oversee the complete purchase order (PO) cycle — from reviewing new POs to coordinating dispatch and delivery.
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time fulfillment.
- Maintain detailed records of POs, dispatch timelines, and delivery confirmations.
3. Platform Coordination & Vendor Relations
- Act as the main Point of Contact (POC) for marketplace and quick commerce partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with account/category managers to secure better visibility, promotional opportunities, and higher order volumes.
- Liaise with platform partners for onboarding new SKUs, participation in campaigns, and resolving operational or payment-related queries.
4. Sales Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all platforms.
- Prepare detailed reports covering sales, stock, pricing, PO status, and performance insights.
- Identify fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs to optimize product and marketing strategy.
5. Strategy & Growth Initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand sales and visibility on e-commerce and quick commerce channels.
- Identify potential new marketplaces or third-party channels for brand expansion.
