GO DESi is an IIM-B incubated FMCG brand on a mission to take India's desi snacks mainstream. With ~700 people across factories, field teams, and corporate functions, we need a TA Executive who can hire at pace and at scale — across blue, grey, and white collar roles.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Sales & Promoters: Bulk hiring for Sales Promoters, DSRs, TSOs, and ASMs across modern trade, general trade, and key account channels

Manufacturing: High-volume sourcing for factory operators, technicians, QC staff, and line supervisors at our production units

Operations: Hiring for supply chain, warehouse, and logistics roles including helpers, coordinators, and team leads

Build sourcing pipelines via portals, ITIs, placement agencies, local networks, and employee referrals

Own offer-to-joining conversion and reduce dropouts through active candidate engagement

Track hiring MIS, TAT, and cost-per-hire on Keka HRMS; report weekly to HR leadership
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3–5 years in TA with proven track record in bulk/mass hiring across sales, manufacturing, or shop-floor roles

FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing industry background strongly preferred

Hands-on with ITI/diploma-level sourcing channels and blue-collar hiring networks

Ability to manage 25+ open positions across multiple locations simultaneously

Data-oriented — you track pipeline, not just placements
