Job Description
We are seeking an experienced VIP Desktop Support Engineer to provide dedicated IT support to senior management and VIP users. The candidate should possess excellent technical troubleshooting skills, strong communication abilities, and experience handling high-priority incidents with professionalism.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Desktop, Laptop, and Printer troubleshooting
- Experience supporting VIP/Executive users
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
- Active Directory user management
- Hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Basic knowledge of Networking, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing tools and ITSM processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to VIP users and executives
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Handle high-priority incidents and service requests within SLA
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Maintain proper documentation and ticket updates
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, or equivalent will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
