Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, chillers, split/VRF units)
- Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functioning
- Handle breakdown maintenance and emergency repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and PWD regulations
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and service reports
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and spare parts when required
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
