We are hiring a candidate for Admin and Facilities role that ensures smooth, safe, and efficient daily workplace operations. Key responsibilities include managing office supplies, overseeing building maintenance, coordinating vendor services, and enforcing health and safety standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Facilities Management: Oversee building and office operations at various places , including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, by scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external contractors for services such as security.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with building codes and workplace safety regulations.
- Budgeting & Procurement: Monitor administrative expenses, negotiate contracts,
- and control costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in administrative or facility management roles.
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Space Planning: Coordinate office layouts, seating arrangements, and any future relocations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
