Job Summary
The Legal Officer is responsible for managing all legal matters of Spazeone Solutions Pvt. Ltd., including drafting and reviewing agreements, handling disputes, ensuring legal compliance, and safeguarding the company's legal interests across all business operations and transactions.
Key Responsibilities1. Agreement Drafting & Documentation
- Draft, review, vet, and finalize legal agreements.
- Prepare agreements for:
- Client Companies
- Virtual Office (VO) Clients
- Landlords associated with Spazeone
- Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal contracts and agreements.
2. Dispute Management
- Handle disputes involving:
- Clients
- Landlords
- Vendors
- Coordinate with external legal counsel whenever required.
- Recommend appropriate legal action in consultation with management.
- Represent and protect the company's interests during negotiations and legal proceedings.
3. Legal Compliance & Advisory
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and statutory regulations.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management on business decisions.
- Support statutory compliance processes and legal documentation.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.
4. Internal Legal Support
- Draft legal notices, replies, and responses.
- Assist the HR and Operations teams on legal matters.
- Develop and maintain standard legal templates, agreements, and SOPs.
- Review internal policies from a legal compliance perspective.
5. Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain organized legal records, contracts, agreements, notices, and litigation files.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all legal documents.
- Maintain a repository of executed agreements and legal correspondence.
6. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with advocates, consultants, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for legal documentation and compliance requirements.
- Support management during audits, inspections, and legal reviews.
Required Qualifications
- LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate legal, contract management, or litigation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian Contract Law, Companies Act, Labour Laws, and applicable statutory regulations.
- Excellent legal drafting and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,818.79 - ₹30,000.00 per month
