We are hiring for NPD (New Product Development) Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the development of manufacturing process flow from enquiry to job completion
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers in process development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform product and process costing
- Conduct feasibility checks and freeze confirmed parameters
- Manage engineering changes effectively
- Work closely with production floor teams as required
- Participate in learning and development activities to enhance performance
- Handle additional responsibilities as required based on organizational needs
- Develop and manage APQP, PPAP, and FMEA documentation
Requirements:
- Solid work and Auto cad certificate prefferd
- B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile / Aerospace / Production Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Automobile / Aerospace / Mechanical industry
- Quick learner with creative thinking ability
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure
- Strong task prioritization and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
- Ability to represent the company in discussions with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Self-motivated with a task-oriented approach and ability to balance initiative and delegation
- Knowledge of cost reduction, scrap reduction, and forecasting
- Understanding of measuring instruments, unit conversion, and part measurement
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Knowledge of ISO standards and documentation
