Key Responsibilities of the Job:
The incumbent shall be responsible for managing the relationships with clients and acting as the escalation point below partners for all clients. He/she shall work closely with the compliance teams on technical issues.
Scope of service listed are the critical one and not limited to the following:
· Responsible to ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual deliverables as per the service contract with the client. Quality and Timeliness of delivery, billing client for services on time and following up for collection are also key aspects of your responsibility.
· Ensure circulation of status report to the client on monthly basis as per the terms of contract with the client.
· Addressing the issues and queries received from the client in a timely manner.
· Review the work status weekly / monthly with the team members.
· Updating the reporting partner monthly or shorter period about the status of work for each client.
· Responsible for completion of statutory audit, tax audit and GST Annual Return filing in a timely manner.
· Involved in all discussions with the client.
· Providing Support Services in respect of any other client matters as advised by Partners of ASA from time to time.
Other aspects:
· Ensure service contracts with clients are renewed in a timely manner.
· Timely Billing and collection.
· Review of soft file storage in DMS on completion of each deliverable.
· Automation and digitalization of GST return filing using Cygnet, TDS Return filing and salary processing of client through Paybooks.
· Conducting monthly training session for ABS Staff to update on various development affecting ABS deliverables (Like Income Tax, FEMA, Companies Act, GST amendments)
· Motivating and guiding the staff on the assignments executed.
· Review and monitoring Job mapping and the time sheet up-dation on weekly basis.
· Analyse time sheet and discuss with Partner and Team Heads on the quality of time spent or issues involved therein.
· Quarterly one informal meeting with all ABS clients. Establish a good rapport with the client.
Profile of the incumbent
1. Male/Female, CA qualified, with more than 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in profession or more than 10 years post-qualification experience in industry
2. Fully conversant with English/ Tamil language – read, write and spoken
3. Strong team player
4. Highly motivated and ability to provide solutions
5. Highly developed communication skills to provide a high level of comfort to clients
6. Able to manage relationships and pick up signals when any client is unhappy
7. Should have the mindset of professional practice and delivering on multiple clients simultaneously.
8. Excellent presentation and oratory skills
Pay: From ₹1,600,000.00 per year
