About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Purchase Manager to lead our procurement function for the Frozen Foods division. The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in sourcing ingredients, packaging materials, contract manufacturing, vendor development, strategic procurement, and supply chain management while ensuring cost optimization and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Indirect Materials.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage reliable domestic and international suppliers.
- Lead vendor negotiations to achieve the best pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, and finalize purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production schedules.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital while avoiding stock shortages.
- Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and supplier performance.
- Drive annual cost reduction initiatives through value engineering and vendor consolidation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, R&D, Finance, Sales, and Logistics teams.
- Manage contract manufacturing (3P Procurement) and third-party supplier relationships.
- Review supplier quality, audit compliance, and delivery performance.
- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare procurement MIS reports, spend analysis, and procurement dashboards for management.
- Handle import procurement and coordinate with logistics wherever applicable.
- Develop procurement SOPs and continuously improve procurement processes.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
