About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or individuals looking to build a career in human resources. You will gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative tasks while working remotely with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Post job openings on multiple recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters and internship letters.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation.
- Update HR databases and spreadsheets.
- Support attendance and leave record management.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing virtual team activities.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys.
- Help maintain a positive work culture.
- Support employee recognition initiatives.
Administrative Support
- Prepare employee performance reports and recruitment updates.
- Manage hiring emails and communication.
- Organize digital files and documents.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in:
