Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Insights & Modeling: Lead advanced exploratory data analysis, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis to uncover deep business insights and forecasting trends.
- Data Architecture & ETL: Design, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data structures, ensuring data flows seamlessly from production systems to analytics warehouses.
- Executive Dashboards: Spearhead the development of enterprise-level automated dashboards and reporting frameworks, delivering real-time visibility into company-wide KPIs.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Partner closely with leadership and diverse business units to define metrics, align analytical strategies with daily operations, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Data Governance & Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous data governance standards, documentation, and validation protocols to maintain absolute data integrity and security.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Serve as a technical subject matter expert, mentoring junior analysts and promoting a data-literate culture across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced Database Management: Mastery of SQL (complex queries, window functions, query optimization) across major platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, or Redshift.
- Programming for Analytics: Strong proficiency in Python or R for advanced data manipulation, automation, and statistical modeling (using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
- Business Intelligence Expertise: Extensive experience designing high-performance enterprise dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Data Engineering Fundamentals: Solid experience working with modern data stack tools, orchestration pipelines, and data transformations (e.g., dbt, Airflow).
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize highly technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving & Autonomy: Proven track record of managing end-to-end data projects independently, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing machine learning models or statistical forecasting in a production environment.
- Background in agile project management frameworks and version control best practices (Git).
- Strong understanding of product analytics or marketing attribution models.
