Senior Engineer – Manufacturing Operations
Company Overview
Clearock is a growing manufacturer of automated floor scrubber machines located at Village Sonale, near Bhiwandi, north of Mumbai. Our product range includes industrial scrubbers powered by AC mains as well as battery-operated models used for commercial and industrial cleaning applications.
Location
Village Sonale, Near Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
Preferred Candidates
We prefer candidates residing in Bhiwandi, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, or nearby areas.
Qualification & Experience
* Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
* Experience in small to medium-scale manufacturing operations preferred
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing the manufacturing unit and its day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Setting up and improving manufacturing processes
* Establishing testing and quality assurance procedures
* Implementing production planning and process controls
* Managing packaging and dispatch operations
* Handling sourcing, vendor coordination, and inventory management
* Ensuring compliance with quality standards and documentation requirements
* Driving continuous improvement in productivity and product quality
ISO & Quality Requirements
Candidates should have exposure to ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and be capable of initiating, implementing, and maintaining ISO-compliant processes and documentation within the organization.
