- Financial Reporting & Strategy: Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow) and deliver management reports to executives and the board.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive the annual budgeting process, track variances, and establish multi-year financial models to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Compliance & Audits: Oversee statutory filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and manage relationships with external auditors.
- Risk & Cost Management: Identify financial inefficiencies, optimize working capital, and implement strict internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and guide the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate ledgers and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Education: CA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or M.Com.
- Experience: 8+ years in progressive financial management and accounting, often with industry-specific experience (Manufacturing Industry, Machine Tools Industry)
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (such as SAP, Tally)
