About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Subject Matter Expert – Keyboard to lead the academic quality of our Keyboard program. In this role, you will work closely with teachers, learners, and cross-functional teams to ensure an outstanding learning experience while continuously improving our curriculum and teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve the quality of Keyboard classes through regular lesson observations.
- Review lesson plans, assessments, and academic content.
- Support and mentor Keyboard teachers through feedback and training.
- Resolve academic queries and learner concerns.
- Update curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching resources.
- Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Content, and other internal teams to improve the learner experience.
- Assist in planning student events, showcases, parent meetings, and special academic initiatives.
- Test new product features and support improvements to the learning platform.
- Track learner engagement and recommend ways to improve learning outcomes.
- Create educational or promotional Keyboard-related content, such as videos or reels.
- Stay updated with global music education trends and recommend improvements to the curriculum.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong Keyboard performance and teaching experience.
- Experience in curriculum development, teacher mentoring, or academic quality assurance is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Passion for music education and continuous learning.
