Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Application Support Analyst with expertise in Angular, .NET, and Azure DevOps to support, enhance, and maintain business-critical enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will contribute to application development, production support, CI/CD automation, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring high application availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Operations
- Provide production support for enterprise applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure application availability, reliability, and performance.
- Support application change, release, and deployment activities.
Full Stack Development
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular.
- Develop and support back-end services using .NET Core/.NET Framework and C#.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
DevOps & Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Manage source code repositories and branching strategies using Git.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and release quality.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and infrastructure teams.
- Contribute to application modernization and automation initiatives.
- Document technical solutions, support procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Application Support and Software Development.
- Strong experience with Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript.
- Strong experience in .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET, and C#.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using Git and modern source control practices.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year

- Do you have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in application support and software development, including troubleshooting production issues and resolving application incidents?
- Do you have hands-on experience developing and supporting applications using Angular (preferably recent/latest versions) and TypeScript?
- Do you have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET, and developing/supporting REST APIs or microservices?

- Have you personally performed production troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implemented permanent fixes, and supported application releases/deployments?
- Do you have hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborating with developers, business stakeholders, product teams, and infrastructure/DevOps teams?
