We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Lead Qualification Executive to become the first point of contact for prospective customers.
This role is far more than making calls. You will play a critical role in understanding customer requirements, qualifying leads, creating an exceptional first impression, and ensuring that every qualified customer is seamlessly handed over to our Senior Design Sales Consultants.

## Key Responsibilities
### Customer Engagement
- Contact new leads generated through our website, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Handle incoming enquiries professionally and promptly
- Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their requirements
- Gather key information including project scope, timelines, budget, location, and expectations
### Lead Qualification
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
- Identify high-potential opportunities and prioritise them appropriately
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
- Schedule consultations with Senior Design Sales Consultants
### Customer Experience
- Deliver an outstanding first interaction with every customer
- Clearly explain the Magical Nest design process and consultation journey
- Address basic customer questions confidently and professionally
- Ensure customers are well-informed before their consultation
### Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding scheduled consultations
- Ensure complete and accurate customer briefs are shared internally
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and maintain engagement
### CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate call notes and customer records
- Track lead status and follow-up activities
- Ensure timely updates within the CRM system
### Business Contribution
- Improve lead-to-consultation conversion rates
- Support the sales team in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Deliver a consistently premium customer experience

## Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus)
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent listening and questioning abilities
- Customer-first mindset
- Ability to build rapport quickly over phone and WhatsApp
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office

## Preferred Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, lead qualification, customer success, or customer relationship management
- Experience in interiors, furniture, architecture, luxury retail, real estate, or home improvement industries is preferred but not mandatory
