We are seeking an experienced and passionate Data Analytics Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Python, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students or professionals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, designing learning content, and helping learners build practical skills for real-world data analytics roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive and engaging classroom or online training sessions on:
- Power BI – dashboards, data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices.
- SQL – querying databases, joins, aggregations, subqueries.
- Excel – formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and analysis.
- Create and update training content, exercises, quizzes, and projects.
- Guide learners through hands-on assignments and real-time case studies.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to help learners improve their technical and analytical skills.
- Track and report learners' progress and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in data analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Proven training experience or passion for teaching.
- Strong command of:
- Power BI (certification is a plus)
- SQL (any RDBMS like MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL)
- Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
- Python
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a learner-focused mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
