Billing & Accounts Assistant – Manufacturing Office
We are looking for a Billing & Accounts Assistant for our manufacturing office. The role mainly involves handling daily billing work, maintaining records, and supporting office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing job work bills
- Maintaining receipts and billing records properly
- Assisting with day-to-day billing and documentation work
- Supporting small office and accounts-related tasks
- Using our in-house billing software (training will be provided)
Requirements:
- Basic billing/accounts knowledge
- Organized and responsible with paperwork
- Experience in the gold/jewellery field is a must
