Job Responsibilities
- Create engaging and informative content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop content ideas based on company goals, audience interests, and current trends.
- Write, edit, and proofread captions, articles, scripts, promotional materials, and other marketing content.
- Manage and maintain the content calendar across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create high-quality visual and written content.
- Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor content.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and analytics.
- Ensure all content follows the company’s brand voice, style, and communication guidelines.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi is an advantage.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools, Canva, video editing, or graphic design is preferred.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
