Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service department operations, including job scheduling, workflow planning, and productivity
- Lead, guide, and supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Ensure timely, high-quality vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance
- Drive service revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets
- Handle customer concerns and complaints to ensure a superior service experience
- Manage workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety norms, and company policies
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance
- Monitor key performance indicators such as TAT, repeat repairs, and first-time fix rate
- Coordinate effectively with sales and spare parts teams for smooth operations
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of workshop management, diagnostics, and service processes
