Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive with experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of techno-commercial bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and monitor tender portals (GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement portals, and private tenders) for relevant opportunities.
- Analyze tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, estimation, purchase, and production teams to prepare complete techno-commercial bids.
- Prepare and compile tender documents, quotations, compliance sheets, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of online and offline tenders.
- Coordinate with customers for pre-bid queries, clarifications, and amendments.
- Prepare cost sheets, commercial offers, and pricing in coordination with management.
- Maintain records of tender submissions, bid status, results, and follow-ups.
- Track EMDs, tender fees, performance bank guarantees, and other statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and submission deadlines.
- Prepare MIS reports on tender participation, success rates, and pending opportunities.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of tendering procedures and government/private procurement processes.
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial bids for commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, technical specifications, and compliance documentation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online tender portals.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tender handling within the commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality equipment, or turnkey kitchen solutions industry.
