Position: ERPNext Implementation Support Engineer
Location: Kochi
Travel Requirement: Frequent travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ERPNext Implementation Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementations, support, and troubleshooting. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess and understand their ERPNext implementation requirements and objectives.
- Provide expert support during the ERPNext implementation phase, ensuring smooth data migration, system configuration, and user training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERPNext deployments in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular system audits and maintain ERP functionality by monitoring performance, issues, and user satisfaction.
- Document processes, configurations, and user guides to enhance team knowledge and user experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance ERPNext features based on feedback and changing business needs.
- Provide on-site support and training to clients in Saudi Arabia as required.
- Stay updated with ERPNext upgrades and industry best practices to suggest improvements and optimizations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, support, and maintenance, specifically with ERPNext or similar ERP systems.
- Proven experience in data migration, system setup, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP systems support those processes.
- Experience with SQL databases, report generation, and user training.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia and work in on-site client environments as needed.
