About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline and follow up with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors to establish business advantages.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
- Maintain regular client communication for long-term business relationships.
- Track sales metrics and ensure business targets are achieved.
- Update sales activities and client information in CRM systems.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Sales pipeline management and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
- Confidence in client interaction and business meetings.
- Basic CRM knowledge preferred.
