Throughout the day, the Technology Architect collaborates with various stakeholders to provide valuable insights and recommendations on hardware, network products, system software, and security solutions. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of the overall technology landscape to support informed decision-making and seamless integration across multiple components and teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of technical architecture requirements to align with business goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with CommerceTools Commerce Platform.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture design principles and best practices.
- Experience in evaluating and recommending hardware, network, and software solutions.
- Ability to analyze and integrate security requirements within technical architectures.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and quality assurance in complex systems.
