Associate Manager – Centre Operations
Role Purpose
Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across assigned centres by monitoring operational processes, admissions support, centre administration, student experience, and compliance with organizational standards. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, supporting revenue goals, and ensuring centres function effectively to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across assigned centres.
- Monitor admissions activities and support achievement of enrolment targets.
- Track batch occupancy, student onboarding, and classroom readiness.
- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, policies, and centre compliance standards.
- Coordinate with Academic, Sales, Marketing, and Student Support teams for smooth centre functioning.
- Monitor administrative activities, facility management, and infrastructure requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of student, parent, and staff operational concerns.
- Track operational performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
- Support execution of new program launches and centre-level initiatives.
- Monitor centre expenses and ensure cost optimization in line with approved budgets.
- Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and centre performance dashboards.
- Conduct periodic operational audits and review meetings with centre teams.
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and service quality across centres.
- Support implementation of business strategies and operational improvement projects.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Centre Operations, Branch Operations, Administration, Student Services, or Business Operations.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institutes, Retail, or Multi-location Service Businesses preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
