- Attend and assist customers professionally
- Handle billing, payments & order entries
- Receive, tag and hand over garments accurately
- Coordinate pickup & delivery orders
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and proper garment arrangement
- Maintain daily records and follow company SOPs
