This role sits at the intersection of channel strategy, creative storytelling, and
performance marketing. Someone who understands content + culture, not just posting.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute platform-specific strategies (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn,

etc.)
Build monthly content calendars.
Identify content opportunities across formats
2. Content Creation & Execution

Create and oversee engaging content (visual + copy) across platforms.
Edit videos using tools like CapCut / Premiere Pro.
Write sharp, engaging, and brand-aligned copy.
3. Community & Growth

Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions.
Drive organic growth through trends, collaborations, and platform features.4. Performance & Analytics

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, etc.)
Generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
Optimize content and campaigns based on performance data.
Support paid campaigns with creative inputs and performance understanding.
Skills & Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of organic and paid growth strategies.
Proficiency in video editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content formats
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
