- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within Pet Industry (DOG,FISH,CAT,BIRDS AND OTHERS ) food products with Minimum 3 year of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building and scaling sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Languages - English Must
