Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients, decision-makers, and market opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Outreach & Qualification: Initiate contact with prospects, understand their pain points, and effectively pitch our [products/services] to qualify leads.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the CRM [e.g., Salesforce / HubSpot] diligently to ensure accurate forecasting and seamless pipeline tracking.
- Product Demonstrations: Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product presentations/demos for prospective clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Account Management teams to align on targeting strategies and ensure a smooth handoff of closed deals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new growth avenues.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role [Optional: preferably in the SaaS/Tech/Consulting industry].
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present to mid-to-senior level executives.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software [e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot] and sales engagement tools [e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo].
- Drive: A self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics/quotas.
- Resilience: Strong objection-handling abilities and a positive, rejection-resilient attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
