Daily activities include collaborating with stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business needs, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving system performance and functionality to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience with system integration and data migration within regulated environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to software systems in life sciences or related industries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software configuration and deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
