Job Overview:
Letin Academy is looking for an experienced Telecaller to handle student inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into admissions. The candidate should be confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling high-volume calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students
- Handle inbound inquiries and explain courses clearly
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into admissions
- Maintain call records and update data/CRM
- Achieve daily call targets and admission targets
- Coordinate with the admissions team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling/telemarketing
- Experience in academy/education sector is preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and targets
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling systems)
- Fluency in Malayalam and English
