Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Executive – Email Support to manage customer communication through emails. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to respond to customer queries in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and product-related queries with accuracy and empathy.
- Draft clear, grammatically correct, and customer-friendly email responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Quality to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up until resolution.
- Ensure all email responses meet the company's service quality and turnaround time standards.
- Escalate critical customer issues to the concerned department whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling customer information.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent written English communication and email drafting skills.
- Strong grammar, vocabulary, and professional writing ability.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel ).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer queries simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Email Support.
- Prior experience handling customer emails is mandatory.
- Experience in the FMCG or dairy industry will be an added advantage.
