Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and offers to customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support business growth.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Collect customer feedback and update management regularly.
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
