- Coordinates patient care activities between nurses, doctors, and departments.
- Supervises nursing staff schedules, duties, and shift assignments.
- Ensures quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies.
- Maintains accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Assists in staff training, orientation, and performance monitoring.
- Communicates with patients and families regarding treatment plans and care updates.
- Monitors availability of medical supplies and equipment.
- Handles emergency situations and supports clinical decision-making.
- Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, safety, and infection control standards.
- Collaborates with management to improve nursing services and patient satisfaction.
